The curriculum covers the full scope of ICF Mentor Coach Competencies, including ethical practice, mentor-coaching agreements, co-creating developmental plans, formative assessment through observation and tracking, calibrating feedback, recognizing coach style vs. skill, and facilitating group mentoring sessions.
The program is built on the principle of "Learning through Doing", includes intensive, hands-on work with real scenarios, role-playing games, record parsing and feedback. Participants engage in case studies, role plays, and peer observation to integrate learning into their current mentoring practice.
