MENTOR COACHING ESSENTIAL: FROM THEORY TO MASTERY
The program "Mentor Coaching Essential: From Theory to Mastery" is designed for coaches who want to master a new specialization of mentor coach and gain the skills necessary to work effectively in mentor coaching in accordance with ICF standards. The program is accredited under the ICF Advanced Accreditation in Mentor Coaching (AAMC)

The training combines 60 synchronous hours and 30 asynchronous hours, and is built on practical webinars and in-depth study of the six ICF competencies in mentor coaching and the ICF core coaching competencies. It includes individual and group practice, five observed mentoring sessions for each participant (with written feedback from the trainer), five group mentoring sessions on mentoring sessions, as well as the preparation and defense of the final portfolio.
THE COURSE WILL BE USEFUL:
Coaches who want to develop in the profession and expand their capabilities in mentor coaching
Coaches renewing their ACC, PCC, MCC certifications to complete the required ICF training hours
ACC (second cycle), PCC, MCC level coaches preparing for the Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS)
Upon the completion of the course, participants will be able to:
Model and promote ethical practices in the mentor coach role, including role differentiation and data security
Establish and maintain agreements with the MC client, including logistics, certification level expectations and co-creation of a development plan
Manage the MC process, creating an inclusive environment and tailoring the plan to the client's learning needs and style
Conduct formative assessments of coaching skills using evidence-based competency identification and trend tracking
Promote client skill development by uncovering their unique style and providing non-judgmental feedback
Manage group mentoring coaching, creating an inclusive environment and encouraging the participation of all group members
Understand and apply the rules and features for evaluating sessions for all three levels (ACC, PCC, MCC)
The program includes additional education in ACC BARS, PCC Markers and MCC BARS. To earn the MCS Specialization, participants must additionally complete authorized training in ICF assessment tools (available through the ICF Training Portal).
Upon completion of all tasks and defense of the portfolio, a Certificate is issued confirming the completion of an ICF-accredited mentor coaching training program within the framework of Advanced Accreditation in Mentor Coaching (AAMC), which includes 90 hours: 60 synchronous + 30 asynchronous, of which 72 hours relate to Core Competencies and 18 hours to Resource Development.
TRAINING FORMAT AND BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAM:

- Online: 60 hours of synchronous 24 meetings of 2.5 hours each in Zoom format of live communication with the trainer and group members + 30 hours of independent practice

COURSE PROGRAM
The course provides specialized training and deep understanding of mentor coaching as a process
12 weeks, 24 online meetings (Zoom), 2 times per week / 2.5 hours each. This program is a proprietary development. You will receive the detailed lesson plan before the course starts, so we can protect the uniqueness of the methodology.
Each participant pacticipates in five group mentoring on mentor coaching session (2 hours each). Sessions are conducted in a group mentor coaching format.
Each participant conducts a minimum of 5 mentor coaching sessions for another participant or an external coach-client to practice their mentor coaching skills. These sessions are observed by the mentor-trainer with written feedback provided to the participant.
The final assignment consists of preparing and defending a portfolio that demonstrates the participant's readiness for ICF-aligned mentor coaching practice.
