How to make a decision using our intuition, not anxiety?

Sometimes, an inner voice whispers: "Don’t go there," "Wait," "Turn back." But how do you know—is it intuition guiding you… or just anxiety getting in the way?
Anxiety is the mind’s reaction to fear.
Intuition is a quiet inner knowing that doesn’t need logic.
Signs of Anxiety:
• Overthinking: "What if…?". A sense of urgency—feeling like you must act now.
• Physical tension: tightness, sweating, rapid breathing.
• Mental fog, difficulty making decisions. Obsessed with future outcomes and worst-case scenarios
Signs of Intuition:
• A sudden, quiet insight. Inner clarity, even if the decision is tough
• Physical ease, a sense of calm
• Hard to explain, but you just know it’s right. Intuition always speaks about the present moment.
How to understand the difference? - Listen to your body.
Your body knows.
If it tightens—it’s anxiety.
If it relaxes, even with a hard choice—it’s intuition.
Intuition doesn’t shout. It whispers. And you can only hear it in the silence.
